SHAPE America Research Grant Program The vision of SHAPE America is "Healthy People – Physically Educated and Physically Active!" Headquartered in Reston, VA, 25 miles west of Washington, DC, SHAPE America is the largest organization of professionals involved in school-based health, physical education and physical activity, who are dedicated to teaching and promoting active, healthy lifestyles. SHAPE America's mission is to advance professional practice and promote research related to health and physical education, physical activity, dance, and sport. The 2014-2015 Research Grant Program has launched!  The deadline for all Phase I proposals is January 5th, 2015. The maximum amount awarded for the Early Career Investigator is $5,000.  The maximum awarded for the Graduate Student Grant is $2,500. Please send all final proposals to [e-mail]. Questions?
