Prosthesis and orthodontics. Bilateral fissure repair: A clinical case
This report describes a case of prosthetic rehabilitation in a patient with cleft lip and palate without alveolar bone in the cleft area, which prevented rehabilitation with an osseointegrated implant, in addition to a mobile and severely extruded pre-maxilla, which required an orthopaedic repositioning.
