Intermittent parathyroid hormone injection can decrease femoral head collapse in the vascular deprivation of rat femoral head model

Conclusion: Intermittent PTH injection could decrease bone resorption and improve bone density, compared to the control group, in vascular deprivation of the femoral head in a rat model. High-level intermittent PTH injection had a better effect than low-level intermittent PTH injection.
