Half of GP practice buildings are not fit for purpose, BMA survey reveals

Only half of GP practice buildings are fit for purpose, a new BMA survey has found.  The survey of over 1,000 practice manager and GPs in England found that eight out of ten practices said their premises were not suitable for'future needs or anticipated population growth'.  The BMa said the findings are in line with what GPs have been saying for years, but now they have evidence to show just how serious the situation is. Hide related content:  Show related contentread more
