Heterotopic pregnancy in a natural conception cycle presenting as acute abdomen: A case report and literature review

We report a case of heterotopic pregnancy in a 28-year-old woman presenting with signs and symptoms of acute abdomen at 8 weeks of amenorrhea. The diagnostic problems and literature were reviewed.
