Abusive supervision and turnover intention: Mediating effects of psychological empowerment of nurses

ConclusionsNurses' psychological empowerment is an intermediary variable that predicts the relationship between abusive supervision and turnover intention. Nurse managers should manage abusive supervision to increase nurses’ psychological empowerment and decrease turnover intention.
