Cancer exosomes are 'micro factories' that aid in tumor growth
Exosomes, tiny, virus-sized particles released by cancer cells, can
bioengineer micro-RNA (miRNA) molecules resulting in tumor growth. They
do so with the help of proteins, such as one named Dicer.
