Thirteen professionals of both genders were interviewed. From the sociology of absences and the sociology of emergencies and authors who work on a critical perspective of Psychology, we delimited the absences that emerged from this work concerning aspects of Psychology Education, techniques and the relation of interventions with the city and collectives. The emergencies referred to the strengthening of the experiences by the local protagonism, the creation of singular practices and affective collaborative networks in the collective construction of work.
