#11 The Pre-Bra Study (oral presentation)

Rationale: Implant-based breast reconstruction (IBBR) is the most commonly performed reconstructive technique worldwide. Pre-pectoral reconstruction in which the implant, wrapped in mesh, is placed on top of the muscle is the latest innovation but subcutaneous IBBR was previously abandoned due to high complication rates.
