Condylar Osteochondroma Treated with Total Condylectomy and Preservation of the Articular Disc: A Case Report
We report a case of an osteochondroma of large size and rapid growth in the mandibular condyle, which was treated with total condylectomy and condylar replacement with a costochondral graft and preservation of the articular disc.
