Synthesized glucocorticoid ‐induced leucine zipper peptide (GILZ‐P) inhibits photoreceptor apoptosis and protects retinal function in light‐induced retinal degeneration model

ConclusionThe synthesized GILZ ‐p prevented light‐induced photoreceptor apoptosis and protected retinal function from degeneration, and is therefore a potential therapeutic option for degenerative retinal diseases.
