Central nervous system manifestation of Lupus Erythematosus resembling brain abscess.

We present the case of a male adolescent with a known history of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura who presented with a seizure ictus and a space-occupying lesion, which posed significant diagnostic challenges to specify its characteristics.
