Procoagulant activity was screened by assaying the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (FIB) in vitro. The results indicated that ergosterol, adenosine, cordycepin, ergosterol peroxide and mannitol showed strong procoagulant activity.
