Acute intestinal pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie's syndrome): A case report

Patients presenting with Ogilvie's syndrome usually have underlying medical and surgical conditions predisposing them to the syndrome. In this article, we describe an elderly patient who presented with acute colonic pseudo-obstruction without any apparent cause.
