ConclusionsHerein, we provide the first comprehensive echocardiographic description of ‘presbycardia'; concentric LVH, asymmetric septal hypertrophy, mitral and aortic valve calcification, and increased epicardial fat thickness. This pattern of findings may be increasingly seen as the population ages.
