ConclusionsPulse wave velocity ‐to‐global longitudinal strain ratio but not the echocardiography‐derived arterial elastance‐to left ventricular elastance index is related to impaired carotid‐intima media thickness, coronary‐flow reserve and diastolic function in hypertensives.This article is protected by copyright.
