INTEND II randomized clinical trial of intraoperative duct endoscopy in pathological nipple discharge

ConclusionDiagnostic duct endoscopy is useful for identifying causative lesions of nipple discharge. Duct endoscopy did not influence the pathological yield of benign or malignant diagnoses nor surgical resection volumes.
