Habitual exercisers versus sedentary subjects with Parkinson's Disease: Multimodal PET and fMRI study
Conclusions: Habitual exercise is associated with preservation of motor and nonmotor function, possibly mediated by increased DA release. This study formulates a foundation for prospective, randomized controlled studies.
