The Change of QRS duration after Pulmonary Valve Replacement in Patients with Repaired Tetralogy of Fallot and Pulmonary Regurgitation.

Conclusions: CTR and QRS duration tend to reduce after PVR. However, the absence of a reduction in QRS duration < 180 ms after PVR may be occurred, especially in patients with RVOT hypokinesis.
