Dorsal midline cutaneous stigmata associated with occult spinal dysraphism in pediatric patients.

Conclusion: Our results suggest that adding other dorsal midline cutaneous stigmata, particularly fibrofatty masses, to a sacrococcygeal dimple is associated with OSD or cord tethering requiring surgery.
