Pseudocyst of the auricle in a very young child

Pseudocyst of the auricle (AP) is a rare, benign, cystic lesion that often arises asymptomatically along the anterior auricle typically in adolescent and adult Asian males with no history of antecedent trauma. This is a case report of a 19-month-old male who spontaneously developed AP. Treatment consisted of pressure bolstering of both auricles after excisional biopsy of right AP and aspiration with steroid injection of the left lesion. Follow-up at three months revealed resolution of all lesions and no auricular deformity.
