Hyperleptinemia suppresses aggravation of arthritis of collagen-antibody-induced arthritis in mice

ConclusionOur finding suggests that hyperleptinemia suppress IL-6 responses and progression of joint inflammation. Leptin may play an anti-inflammatory role under hyperleptinemia.
