Changes in food habits in cancer patients in Italy: a survey. AIOM - SINPE - FAVO
Over the past 50 y, the role of diet as a potentially modifiable risk factor for the development of diseases [1] has been increasing. The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has a Continuous Update Project that analyses global research on how diet, nutrition, physical activity, and weight affect cancer risk and survival to update the cancer prevention recommendations, published in 2007 [2].
