miR-20a regulates glioma cell proliferation, invasion and apoptosis by targeting CELF2
In this study, quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction showed miR-20a to be upregulated in glioma tissues and cell lines compared with normal brain tissues and normal human astrocytes (NHAs). Functional assays showed that miR-20a promotes proliferation and invasion and inhibits apoptosis in glioma cells.
