Cervical smear showed inflammatory changes, but endometrial histopathology was negative for malignant cells. Suspecting ovarian malignancy, laparotomy was done that revealed the bilateral tubal growth with normal ovaries; the right adenexal mass was of the size (6.8×4.8) cm while, the left adenexal mass was the size of (4.2×2.6) cm. Histopathology study revealed bilateral serous cyst adenocarcinoma of fallopian tubes. The case of bilateral primary fallopian tube carcinoma was presented here for its rarity.
