An isolated posterior dislocation of radial head in adults – A rare injury: A case report

We report a 32-year-old male patient with posterior dislocation of radial head associated with articular fracture fragment of the radial head. Open reduction and internal fixation with a miniscrew was done and patient had excellent outcome at a follow up of 2 years.
