Thoracic paravertebral nerve block for treating contraction of the latissimus dorsi muscle after breast cancer surgery
We describe two cases of contraction of the latissimus dorsi muscle after total mastectomy. Thoracic paravertebral nerve block was an effective therapy for the contraction.
