FOOD IN JOURNALISTIC NARRATIVES: a methodological design for the study of food-based contents in daily newspapers

The objective of the research is to define a methodological proposal of topics in order to study the food-based contents found in legacy media, particularly, in daily newspapers. To achieve it, the food contents of The New York Times, the world's food journalism referent, are revisited.
