Is the mixture of β-tricalcium phosphate with platelet-rich fibrin quite enough for sinus lift and dental implant installation?

Conclusion: The present study showed consistent bone formation at the maxillary sinus floor following the bone augmentation process as well as after implant installation. This study suggests that use of alloplastic bone granules mixed with platelet-rich fibrin can reduce the risk for morbidity related to harvesting an autogenous bone graft and reduce the time needed for new bone formation and subsequently implant installation.
