3TmpMRI with PI-RADSv2 scoring is a common tool in prostate cancer (PCa) diagnosis and informs the likelihood of a cancerous lesion. We sought to investigate whether PI-RADSv2 also predicts adverse pathologic (AP) features mainly in patients with biopsy Gleason score (GS) 3+4.
