Relationships between structural and psychological empowerment, mediated by person-centred processes and thriving for nursing home staff

Person-centred care has been shown to have positive outcomes for patients and for staff. However, the complexity of the link between structural conditions, work in a person-centred manner and outcomes for staff is insufficiently described. Questionnaires were distributed to staff working in 12 nursing homes in Sweden.
