A Non-resolving axillary rash - Nothing to worry about?

A 77 year old lady presented to the dermatology department with a one year history of an erythematous rash along the left anterior axillary line. She was otherwise asymptomatic and she had no other significant medical history, aside from a longstanding diagnosis of seborrhoeic keratosis.
