A rare case of parotid acinic cell carcinoma presenting during pregnancy

Introduction: Acinic cell carcinomas (AcCCs) are rare, histologically-diverse salivary gland malignancies. More common in women and those of white race, AcCCs usually present as slowly-enlarging solitary mobile masses, most often in the parotid tail. There are few established risk factors. Hormonal associations have been suggested.
