Benign osseous metaplasia of the breast: Case report
Aim: Osseous metaplasia of the breast usually refers to the presence of bone tissue in benign and malignant breast neoplasms. It is a rare, with only a few cases reported in the literature, especially in association with benign lesions. Here we present a case of benign osseous metaplasia of the breast presenting as a breast lump. This is only the second reported case in the literature.
