Spontaneous spinal epidural haematoma: An unusual presentation of foot drop

Acute Spontaneous Spinal Epidural Haematoma (ASSEH) is a rare condition which presents with acute, severe pain localized to the site of the haemorrhage. It may rapidly progress to include severe, progressive neurological deficiency.
