Periorbital necrotising fasciitis in a patient with undiagnosed hepatitis C and liver failure

We report the case of a periorbital necrotising fasciitis infection of the tissue surrounding orbicularis, spontaneously occurring, with underlying undiagnosed Hepatitis C infection in an assumed well 56-year-old man.
