A case of paratesticular mesothelioma causing acute abdomen

Malignant diseases from mesothelial tissue have high morbidity and mortality rates and significantly low prevalence. The rate is as it follows: pleura, peritoneum, pericardium, tunica vaginalis testis, as the last two are incredibly uncommon (less than 5%). Paratesticular mesothelioma, being extremely rare, is not typically considered as a cause for acute abdomen.
