A case of paraneoplastic SIADH secondary to rectal small cell carcinoma – Not so rare?
A 65M presented to our colorectal fast-track clinic with symptoms of increased frequency, bleeding, buttock pain and a mass on DRE. He had a background of previously excised basal cell carcinoma but was otherwise fit and well.
