Fishbone perforation of the ileum: Case report and literature review
A 70 year-old man presented with a 24 hour history of central abdominal pain. Initial investigations revealed normal inflammatory markers and plain films. Computed Tomography identified a linear hyper-density crossing the small bowel lumen into the mesentery, suspicious for fishbone.
