An audit cycle assessing the impact of adding a geriatrician to the surgical team - focusing on the impact on NELA performance and NCEPOD quality indicators

Aim: To assess the impact of a surgical liaison service, provided by a consultant geriatrician, on the quality of care provided to patients over the age of 70, who qualified for addition to the NELA website.
