Single use negative pressure dressing for reduction in surgical site infection following emergency laparotomy (SUNRRISE)

Aim: To assess whether use of single-use negative pressure dressing (SUNPD) in adult patients undergoing emergency laparotomy results in lower rates of Surgical Site Infection (SSI) at 30-days, compared to conventional dressings.
