The Australian Medical Oncologist Workforce Survey: the profile and challenges of Medical Oncology

Workforce challenges were unique across different career stages in oncology; trainees, ECOs and consultants. Work intensity, mentorship and career prospects were amongst the emergent issues highlighted in this study.
