Estimating the Effects of a Single-Payer Proposal in New York State

The New York Health Act (NYHA) would create a state-sponsored single-payer health plan called New York Health (NYH). The plan would cover all residents of New York State, including undocumented immigrants and seniors over age 65 (if federal waivers are approved).
