Scalp block for drainage of cerebral abscess in a patient with tetralogy of Fallot

We report a case of 21  year old male, having complains of headache and vomiting. The patient was conscious and oriented with GCS 15/15, HR 72/min and blood pressure 130/80 mm Hg.
