NACCHO Organizational Culture of Quality Self-Assessment Tool: Version 2.0 Pilot Test

NACCHO is revising the Organizational Culture of Quality Self-Assessment Tool (QI SAT) and has released a survey for organizations to test their revised version. Responses should be submitted by August 9, 2018.
