Reducing the Incidence of Suicide in Indigenous Groups – Strengths United through Networks (RISING SUN) is an initiative of the U.S. Arctic Council Chairmanship. RISING SUN’s role in suicide prevention efforts include a toolkit to help clinicians, communities, policy-makers and researchers to measure the impact and effectiveness of suicide prevention efforts in rural and tribal communities.
