Computerized Residency Interview Scheduling: A Randomized Controlled Trial of Categorical General Surgery Applicants

The objectives of this study were to determine whether computerized scheduling program (CSP) would decrease time to schedule interviews, reduce workload for residency coordinators, and improve applicant satisfaction.
