Recurrent Pneumocytoma

We present a case of a young female patient who had successfully undergone sublobar resection of pneumocytoma 8 years previously and who presented with a histologically proven recurrence adjacent to the surgical staple line. Our case highlights the potential dangers of nonanatomic resection, including for benign entities.
