ConclusionsThe most frequently observed complications are graft loosening, over- and undercorrection, and restricted motion due to adhesions. A secondary flat foot has been reported only anecdotally. Overall, the patients’ satisfaction after tibialis posterior tendon is high because of a significant functional gain.
