Endoscopic Resection of an Intraventricular Epidermoid Cyst of the Third Ventricle

We present the case of a 51-year-old man who presented with headache and confusion and was found to have an intraventricular epidermoid tumor located within the posterior third ventricle with secondary hydrocephalus. This rare tumor was resected endoscopically. To the best of our knowledge, this is the second case reported of a third ventricular epidermoid treated endoscopically.
